To place an obituary you may call (616) 222-5696. A schedule is emailed to all local funeral homes. If you are not on this list and wish to be, please contact: Adrianne Wolf, (616) 222-5247.

Obituary deadlines are as follows:
NOTE: ***Holiday deadlines are subject to change***

• Prices are approximately $5.70/line daily (Mon-Sat) and $6.50/line on Sunday
• Photos $45
• Flags, emblems, icons and accents $5 each

If you are a private party submitting an obituary request we must verify the death before publication. Therefore, we will need the NAME and PHONE NUMBER of the funeral home/cremation society who is handling/or has already handled the arrangements. Private party obituaries must be PRE-PAID. Also, please provide us with the following information:

• YOUR name
• YOUR phone number
• YOUR billing address (city, state, zip)
• Requested run date

All obituaries run online at www.mlive.com/deathnotices unless otherwise specified. They appear online for 6 months. They also feature Guest Books for Comments.
