A mishap on a Bay City pavement project from last fall has an Essexville-based contractor planning to tear up Woodside Avenue next week to redo the job. Starting Tuesday, Woodside will be milled and resurfaced by crews from Pyramid Paving Co., the company that repaved Woodside from Washington Avenue to Trumbull Street last September as part of a $1.2 million project.
